The Medi-QRlink Card will replace the need to have many different health related cards.
From a GDPR compliance perspective, it will be the patients decision to apply for this card. They can opt-in by completing the application process.

1. Scan the QR code located on the front of the Medilink card with any smartphone.
2. The Smartphone will access a private weblink that will provide the responder with full medical history and will include the following information:

- Hospital contact details

- GP Contact details
- Hospitals attended (History)
- Pharmacy Contact Details
- Emergency Contacts
- Organ Donation
- Private Health Insurance details
- Reports

3. Other sensitive information, medical reports etc, can also be accessed via password protected PDF’s.
